Noel O'Neill has kindly given us the following description:
Lieutenant H.C. Chads' brother,
Major Harry Chads, died here in Castlebar following
an aircrash while on duty in August 1920 and is buried
in the Church of Ireland Cemetery, Westport Road, Castlebar.
His brother Herbert (buried in France) is also commemorated
on the grave stone.
