Midshipman David Angus DICKSON  K.M.
aged 17
of this town, educated at Borlase School
1906 to 1911
He went down at his post of Duty
when HMS Hawke was sunk by a German submarine
in the North Sea on Oct. 15th  1914
Dulce et decorum est pro Patria mori
