the inscription is known to read as follows:
In Loving Memory of
Clarissa Kathleen Ann Humphries (Kathleen)
who fell asleep
June 18th 1918 aged 17 years
also of Constance (who was interred at Reading)
sister of the above
Aged 12 months
and of their brother William H J Humphries (Billy)
late of 2/1 Bucks Battalion
who died after much suffering
Feb 19th 1922 aged 24 years
His duty done
